Kill switch mechanics
Kill switches are checked first in the Risk Guardrail pipeline — before any other guardrail. Arming any switch causes RISK_KILLSWITCH_TRIPPED on every subsequent envelope within the switch's scope. Disarming a manual switch restores normal flow. Auto-trip switches require manual reset after firing.Global kill switch
