Portfolio is the unit of account: every running strategy targets exactly one portfolio, every position belongs to a portfolio, and every audit receipt names its portfolio. Strategy-layer entry filters run first; portfolio-layer guardrails are the multi-strategy safety net; tenant-layer guardrails (kill switch, V2-only, builderCode pin) wrap everything.

Every portfolio must have a builderCode set before any order can submit. The live wallet is locked until at least one bot reaches production-live. All settlement is pUSD — no GBP, no USDC.e, no other assets.
